COVID-19 has forced us to make some adjustments to how we operate, so here are some answers to our most frequently asked questions. 

1. Are you open?

Our store-front is currently closed but you can shop online through our online store, gift basket store, or by contacting us. 

2. Do you do curbside pickup?

Yes, we are available for curbside pickup and delivery (upon request). We are limiting pickup hours to:

Tuesday & Wednesday: 11 AM - 4 PM

Thursday: 10 AM - 1 PM

Friday: 3 - 6 PM

Saturday: 10 AM - 1 PM

3. How do I know my order is ready?

We will call or email you when it is ready and advise of pickup times. 

4. What is the curbside pickup procedure?

When you are outside, please call (403) 629-1128 and we will bring your order out for you. 

5. What if I want something that isn't on the online store?

We are trying to get everything up on our online store, but the process is taking some time. We know there are some things that you may want that aren't online.

6. What if I want a gift but I'm unsure what to get?

Just give us a call at (403) 629-1128 or email us at [email protected] and we can help you through picking the perfect gift. 

7. Can I pay through etransfer instead of PayPal?

Yes, just call us at (403) 629-1128 or email us at [email protected] with your order and we can send you the total for you to pay through etransfer. 

8. Whats the difference between the gift basket website and the online store?

The gift basket website was created first and is an online order form when you want to get a gift for someone but don't know exactly what you want in it. It's an easy way to get a collection of local goodies for someone! We partnered with Airdrie Dash Delivery, and they can deliver the gift to the recipient if they live in Airdrie.

The online store was created after COVID-19 so we could adapt to the pandemic. It's ran through our inventory system so it has a seperate website.
